1. Sponsor. Fore One Nine Golf Club, LLC, 2300 Bright Road, Suite B, Findlay, OH 45840.

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and co-founders of Fore One Nine Golf Club, LLC, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.

3. Entry Period. The contest begins at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Sunday, June 14 and ends at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, June 18, 2026 (prior to the first round tee-off of the 2026 U.S. Open Championship).

4. How to Enter. No purchase necessary. To enter, comment on the designated Facebook post with your predicted 72-hole winning score for the 2026 U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or multiple entries from the same individual will result in only the first entry being counted.

​

5. Winner Selection. Any entrant who correctly guesses the winning score of the 2026 U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club will be declared a winner. The winners will be announced on the Fore One Nine Facebook page within 48 hours of the conclusion of the tournament.

6. Prize. One (1) gift card valid for a two (2) hour simulator session at Fore One Nine Golf Club. Approximate retail value: $100. No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable. Gift card must be used on or before September 30, 2026.

7. Winner Notification. The winner will be contacted via Facebook direct message within 48 hours of winner selection. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next closest entry.

8. General Conditions. By entering, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability. By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of the prize.

10. Facebook Disclaimer. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook/Meta. By entering, participants agree to a complete release of Facebook/Meta.

11. Governing Law. This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
